Biography
Sang Lui trained at Bretton Hall College in Theatre Arts. He went onto co-found LK Theatre Group exploring New Writing, Improvisation and Experimental Theatre. He studied MA in Theatre Arts at Goldsmiths College.
As an Actor , Sang has worked in TV, Films and Stage, and appeared in productions such as Lara Croft: Tomb Raider 2: The Cradle of Life, Silent Witness: Cargo (BBC), Monkey! at the Young Vic and Planet of the Apemen: Battle for Earth (BBC) and recently Hummingbird (with Jason Statham and directed by Steve Knight - the Oscar-nominated British screenwriter (Eastern Promises, Amazing Grace, Dirty Pretty Things) .
Sang is a passionate Martial Artist and trains in many different styles of Martial Arts, in particular Southern Prying Mantis. Furthermore, he is a huge fan of Action/Martial Arts movies and especially of Bruce Lee (as well as Samo Hung, Jackie Chan and Jet Li).
